Why we exist
Small and mid-sized businesses are being sold AI from every direction: new subscriptions, add-on licences and features switched on inside the software they already use. What’s usually missing is someone independent to ask a simpler question first: what’s slowing this business down, and what’s the least complicated way to fix it?
That’s the job we do. Sometimes the answer is AI. Often it’s a setting, an automation or a tidier process.
Who you’ll work with
SmoothFlow-AI is led by Kevin Kaminski, an architect who has spent his career designing Microsoft, cloud and automation systems for organisations of every size. You work directly with the person doing the thinking. Your project isn’t handed off to a junior team.

Where we work
We’re based in southwest Calgary and work with businesses across Calgary and nearby communities. We meet in person when it helps and work remotely when that’s easier for you.
